Central Coast

Busways proudly provides scheduled route and school bus services to communities in the Central Coast region.

The bus network covers a large geographical area including Woy Woy, Gosford, Kincumber and Wyong.

These services take passengers to and from work, school, shopping centres, beaches and many other places. 

Some of the major trip destinations are the train stations of Wyong, Gosford and Woy Woy as well as Erina Fair Shopping Centre, Terrigal Beach, and the University of Newcastle, Ourimbah Campus.

Busways have been awarded a contract by the NSW Government to provide bus services in this area, also known as Outer Metropolitan Bus System Contract 6 (OMBSC 6), Central Coast.

Busways Major Sponsor of the 5 Lands Walk - Saturday 24 June 2017

Busways is proud to support the 5 Lands Walk festival on Saturday 24 June 2016 and will be providing free shuttle buses for attendees on the day. The 5 Lands Walk is a 10 km coastal walk on the Central Coast which connects five festival sites (5 Lands) starting at MacMasters to Copacabana, Avoca, North Avoca and Terrigal.

Route 55 diversion in Tascott - Sunday 18 June

Route 82 diversion in Tacoma
