From 7pm to 5am each night, on Sunday 30 June and Tuesday 2 July, route 53 and 70 bus services will divert and miss some bus stops while road closures are in place for overnight roadworks.

Orchard Hill bus diversions and temporary stop closures

From Saturday 6 to Sunday 21 July, route 781 services to St Marys will divert and miss stop Kingswood Road after Wentworth Road (274834) due to roadworks.

Customers can catch the 781 service from the temporary stop location on Frogmore Rd near Kingswood Rd.

Route 781 services to Penrith will also divert, however no stops will be missed.

Opal fare changes from 1 July

As of 1 July 2024 Opal fares will increase in line with the Consumer Price Index while the weekly cap will be reduced to $50 for adults and $25 for children and concession holders.

Temporary bus stop closures in Jordan Springs

From Monday 1 to Thursday 4 July (weather permitting), there will be temporary bus stops closures in Jordan Springs to allow for roadworks on Jordan Springs Blvd (between McGarritys Pde and Tyler St).

There will be no diversions in place for Route 783 services.

Temporary bus stop closures

  • Jordan Springs Bvd at McGarritys Pde (Stop ID 2747378) will be temporarily closed and relocated 40 metres west for droping off and picking up customers.
  • Jordan Springs Bvd opp Jordan Springs Shopping Centre (Stop ID 2747385) will be temporarily closed. Customers can use stop Lakeside Pde opp Jordan Springs Shopping Centre (Stop ID 2747411).

Update: Norah Head bus diversions

  • Updated Wednesday 7 August (12:09pm) to show earlier completion date

From Friday 5 July to 11.59am Sunday 11 August, routes 90, 91 and 92 will divert and miss stop Bungary Rd before Maitland St (226374) due to roadworks on Bungary Rd (between Mitchell St and Maitland St).

Customers can use the nearest alternative temporary stop located on Maitland St (between Solders Point Dr and Bungary Rd) for route 90, 91 and 92 services.

Services will return to normal from Monday 12 August.
