With the COVID-19 situation continuing to evolve in our bus service areas, it is important to keep up to date with the latest travel information and advice.

School bus and route bus travel

All school and route bus services are currently operating as normal. However should this change unexpectedly, customers and parents are encouraged to regularly check this page for service updates below.

Service updates

Western Sydney Network (Update Mon 18 May)

Follow physical distancing guidance – ‘No dot, not spot’

From Monday 18 May, to support the COVID-19 recovery phase, physical distancing guidelines will be in place on bus services.

Distinctive green dots will be used to show you the safest places to sit and stand. This means you may be asked to wait for the next service. School children and those who require assistance, such as those with disability will be given priority.

No dot, not spot

Customers should be prepared for their trip to look different and should carefully consider all travel options before starting their journey. Customers can use the Trip Planner, transport apps and social media to see which public transport services have space available to maintain physical distancing.
