


Busways operates long distance services between Newcastle and the North Coast seven days a week (except Christmas Day).
Travel up and down the coast in comfortable style on our 5 star air-conditioned coaches equipped with reclining seats, footrests, lap sash seat belts and chilled water. For your convenience the coaches are also fitted with luggage racks and a restroom.

CONCESSIONS
School students, Pensioners, and Centrelink travellers generally recieve 50% off the full fare (with some exceptions). These fares are indicated on the grid in red.

CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL
Break of journey
Separate sector fares will be charged if passengers wish to break their journey.
Luggage – limit 20kgs
Each fare paying passenger is permitted 2 pieces of personal luggage free of charge with a total limit of 20kgs. Surcharge exists for surfboards and bicycles.
Children
Children under the age of 13 years must be travelling in the care of another person, 16 years or over.
Smoking and Alcohol
Smoking and alcohol is prohibited on all coach services. Persons under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to board the coach. Consumption of alcohol on coaches is not permitted.
Departure times
All times in the timetable are departure times except where indicated as arrival time. Passengers should be at the departure location 15 minutes prior to published departure time.
Cancellation charges
Between 2 and 30 days from the date of travel – 10% of the value of the ticket.
Less than 24 hours before departure – 50% of the value of the ticket.
Failure to board – No refund
