Western Sydney

Busways proudly provides scheduled route and school bus services to communities in the Western Sydney region.

This bus network covers a large part of Western Sydney including Blacktown, Mount Druitt, Rouse Hill, Seven Hills, Castle Hill, Windsor, Penrith, Richmond and Hawkesbury Valley.

These services take passengers to and from work, school, shopping centres, beaches and many other places. 

Some of the major trip destinations are the train stations on the Main Western Line as well as the Norwest Business Park, Westpoint Blacktown Shopping Centre, Castle Towers and Centro Nepean.

Busways has been awarded Sydney's Bus Contract 1 by the NSW Government to provide bus services in this area, also known as Region 1.

Permanent Change to Bus Rank at Seven Hills Interchange - 29 April 2016

Diversion due to works on Doonmore St, Penrith - effective 19th and 20th April

Contractors will be undertaking major road works on Doonmore St, Penrith between Stafford St and Lethbridge St on the evenings of Tuesday and Wednesday the 19th and 20th April. Multiple routes will be diverted as a result.
